About Pearltri Foundation
The primary goal of Pearltri Foundation is to create sustainable youth skill building programs in different sectors and provide them with job opportunities with the corporate sector. The foundation will also set up a continuous engagement plan with the youth and also provide them with guidance,mentoring and life skills. With the growing need for skilled man power in India and government initiatives such as “Make In India”, we strongly believe that education and empowerment of rural youth will go a long way in benefiting our society as a whole.

Our Trustees / Management
Gowri Shankar Subramanian is a Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO of Aspire Systems. Under his leadership, Aspire has grown to a team of 4,900+ people with a strong presence across US, Europe, Middle East and India. Aspire has been ranked as one of the 100 best employers in India for the past six years in a row by The Economic Times and Great Place to Work Institute. Aspire has also been featured periodically in Deloitte’s list of fastest-growing companies in India and Asia-Pacific.
Gowri has been named as an upcoming, young CEO by The Economic Times and as a top 20 executive in Information Technology by The WEEK. He is an active speaker and has presented in various industry events and has been quoted extensively by leading publications.
Gowri has a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Pondicherry Engineering College. He is also an amateur pilot still trying to get it right!
